We will email you when the digital copy of your final tour documents is ready in your Traveller Hub — two to three weeks before your departure date.
These documents will include the following as they apply to your booking:
- An important pre-tour information letter with guidelines pertaining to your departure day
- A copy of your tour journal, including a helpful packing list
- Your home pick-up voucher if you selected our included home pick-up service
- Your flight etickets if you opted to keep our included flights
- Your confirmation of travel insurance coverage if you opted to keep our included emergency medical travel insurance or if you purchased supplemental trip cancellation & interruption insurance.
