DAYS 1 & 2 GOODBYE CANADA, DOBRY DEN PRAGUE!

Enjoy a private car ride to the airport. Travellers departing from the Toronto airport are assisted with their check-in. Meet your dedicated Group Guru and fellow travellers and fl y overnight to Prague. Upon arrival, a panoramic tour explores the Czech capital from the comfort of our luxury coach. Free time to settle in at your hotel before our welcome cocktail. Overnight in Prague (D)

DAY 3 ENCHANTING PRAGUE

Spend the day exploring the spectacular Czech capital with a guided tour of famous attractions such as the iconic Charles Bridge and its 30 statues, the Powder Tower, City Hall and its astronomical clock, the Old Town Square and the old Jewish Quarter. Overnight in Prague (B,L,D)

DAY 4 CASTLES, CONVENTS & BREWERY TOUR

In our second day of visits, marvel at the iconic Prague Castle and the Strahov Convent library. After lunch, join us for a guided visit and beer tasting at a historic Czech brewery. Tonight, our dinner is accompanied by Czech music in an authentic local restaurant. Na zdraví, cheers! Overnight in Prague (B,L,D)

DAY 5 SCENIC ROAD TO KRAKOW (534 KM)

Travel to Poland with a stop in Slavkov u Brna, historically known as Austerlitz. Visit the battlefi eld that bore witness to one of the most important engagements of the Napoleonic Wars, as well as the Peace Memorial. Learn about Slavkov Castle’s history before travelling to Krakow. Overnight in Krakow (B,L,D)

DAY 6 DISCOVER KRAKOW

Guided tour of Krakow, one of Poland’s most historically rich and ever-fascinating cities. Visit of the Royal Castle, Wawel Cathedral (place of Pope John Paul II’s fi rst Mass) as well as the exterior of Saint Mary’s Basilica. Guided tour of the energetic old city this afternoon. Overnight in Krakow (B,L,D)

DAY 7 WIELICZKA SALT MINE & AUSCHWITZ (170 KM)

This morning, set out for a guided tour of the Wieliczka Salt Mine and its beautiful underground galleries, akin to an underground cathedral. In the afternoon, we head to Auschwitz for an emotional guided tour of the concentration camp, one of the darkest chapters of Poland’s history. Overnight in Krakow (B,L,D)

DAY 8 SCENIC ROUTE TO BUDAPEST

Travel through Slovakia on your way to Hungary. Multiple stops along the lush forest scenery, including the small Slovak town of Ružomberok. Free time upon arrival to settle in. Overnight in Budapest (B,L,D)

DAY 9 DISCOVER BUDAPEST

Complete guided city tour of both Buda and Pest, including must-sees such as the Parliament House, the Great Synagogue, Matthias Church, Gellért Hill, St. Stephen’s Basilica as well as Heroes’ Square. Live music and local culinary favourites are on tap tonight during an authentic Hungarian restaurant experience. Overnight in Budapest (B,L,D)

DAY 10 THERMAL BATHS & DANUBE CRUISE

No visit to Budapest is complete without a relaxing visit to the thermal baths! After lunch in a local restaurant, cruise on the majestic Danube and admire the city from a unique vantage point. Dinner is served on board. Overnight in Budapest (B,L,D)

DAY 11 BRATISLAVA & VIENNA (282 KM)

Drive to beautiful Bratislava, the Slovak capital on the way to Vienna, Austria. Nestled against the Danube and surrounded by stunning mountains, it is perfect for a day trip. Enjoy a guided tour of the Gothic old town and look up in awe at the newly erected buildings. After lunch, head out for Vienna, a magical city with a rich heritage. Settle in, relax and join us for dinner at the hotel. Overnight in Vienna (B,L,D)

DAY 12 EXPLORE VIENNA

Guided tour of timeless Vienna and its main places of interest, including St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the impressive Hofburg Palace, former imperial palace of the Habsburg dynasty and current presidential residence. Gain access to the ornate Baroque-style National Library, founded in 1368. After lunch, join us for a guided tour of the stunning Vienna State Opera. Overnight in Vienna (B,L,D)

DAY 13 SCHÖNBRUNN PALACE & APPLE STRUDEL

Marvel at the 1,441-room Schönbrunn Palace, the country’s most important cultural monument, with a guided tour including the magnifi cent gardens. After lunch, free afternoon or put on your chef hat and hone your pastry skills in an apple strudel making workshop and tasting. Overnight in Vienna. (B,L,D)

DAY 14 HEILIGENKREUZ ABBEY & LIECHTENSTEIN CASTLE

Set out to explore idyllic sites outside of Vienna. Experience enchantment at the peaceful Cistercian monastery of Heiligenkreuz, known for its singing monks. Visit the Romanesque Liechtenstein Castle, originally built during the 12th century, before returning to Vienna. Enjoy a farewell dinner and live music in a “Heuriger,” a traditional Viennese tavern restaurant. Overnight in Vienna (B,L,D)

DAY 15 HOME SWEET HOME

Starry-eyed, fly from Vienna to Canada, with a same day arrival. Your driver will meet you at the airport to help you with your luggage and drive you home. (B)
