Once on tour, your Group Guru will be your rock star and resource for all things logistics! Your Group Guru will call you 48 hours before your tour departs to introduce themself, provide you with how to contact them once you land, and provide where to meet up with the group to make your arrival as smooth as possible.
Pro Tip:
When it comes time to connect with us at your destination or leave to fly home, you’re welcome to jump on the coach bus and join the airport transfer – this is often what people chose to do. If however, your flights arrive at the destination later than the group or you depart for home much earlier, you will be responsible for your own transfer. If you choose to opt out of our included flights when you book your tour, one of our Sales & Traveller Champions will reach out to help you best plan for meeting the rest of the group on tour.
