During the check-in process, airlines usually offer the possibility to change the seat that was assigned to you by the airline. Approach Tours has no direct say in seat selection or meal options, although we make all preferences known to the airline.
Online flight check-in procedures are proprietary to each airline. Airlines recently changed their online check-in process for group flights, temporarily halting the ability for group flight ticket holders to check in online. You will be required to check-in in person at the airport 2 to 3 hours prior to your departure. Some of our travellers have had success checking in on their airline’s website 24 hours prior to their departure, so you are welcome to try, but we make no guarantee that it will work. Your best bet is going to be checking in at the airport.
