What’s the payment schedule for my tour?

For all Approach Tours, all that is required at the time you sign up to secure your spot is a non-refundable $500 CAD deposit that is applied to the cost of your tour. A second deposit of $1,000 is due 45 days following your booking date and is also applied to your tour fare.

We don’t like complicated payment schedules, so we keep it nice and easy. The balance of your tour cost (we call it your final payment) isn’t due until 90 days before your tour’s scheduled departure date. For example, if your tour is set to depart May 1, your final payment is due January 31 of the same year.
