We work with all the major airlines to provide included flights for our travellers. There are limits to what requests we can honor with the airlines, but ask and we will be happy to help any way that we can. The requests we can most commonly fulfill are upgrades to Premium Economy and Business Class. The price for an upgrade is based on demand, so we cannot guarantee what an upgrade will cost, however, Premium Economy is often more than $3,000 CAD per person round trip, and Business Class can be more than $5,000 CAD per person.
If you would like an upgrade for your tour, please let your Sales & Traveller Champion know as soon as possible, as the latest we can arrange upgrades is before your final payment due date.
