Can I join a tour as a solo or single traveller?

Of course, we love solo travellers! Don’t be nervous, with the help of our Group Gurus, many people join us as solos and become life-long friends with the other solos and couples in their tour group.

Prefer to have your own room?
No problem, you can pay the single supplement and book a room all to yourself. The single supplement is there to cover the hotel costs related to having a room to yourself, and ranges from $1,000 to $2,000 CAD per tour depending on the destination. To select a solo room, start filling out our online booking form for your chosen tour, and when asked “are you travelling solo?”, chose “yes”. Most tours only have four solo rooms available so we recommend booking early to make sure you secure your spot.

Prefer to save a bit of money?
It is also common for travellers to pair up with a roommate in a double occupancy room and avoid paying the single supplement. If you need a little help finding a roommate, it only takes 3 minutes to sign up for our roommate pairing program and let us introduce you to your new best friend.
