Later, tour the legendary Teatro Colón — one of the world’s most celebrated opera houses — before dinner at a traditional parrilla restaurant. Overnight in Buenos Aires. (B,L,D) View image gallery

DAY 4 RECOLETA & TANGO ROOTS

Begin in elegant Recoleta with a guided visit to its famed cemetery, where Argentina’s history is told through marble, bronze, and grand mausoleums. Continue to the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes before visiting Puerto Madero and the Museo de la Inmigración, housed in the original immigrant hotel that welcomed millions of new arrivals. DAY 5 INTO THE JUNGLE: ARRIVE IN IGUAZÚ (FLIGHT)

Fly north to Iguazú Falls, gateway to one of South America’s most spectacular natural wonders. DAY 6 DEVIL’S THROAT & THE FALLS UP CLOSE

Today, experience the incredible Argentinian side of Iguazú Falls. Begin along the Upper Circuit for sweeping panoramic views before continuing to the Lower Circuit, where walkways and jungle paths bring you remarkably close to the roaring waterfalls below. Later, those who wish can join an exhilarating Zodiac ride through the mist and spray beneath the falls for an unforgettable up-close perspective. DAY 7 USHUAIA — END OF THE WORLD (FLIGHT)

Enjoy one final morning immersed in the Atlantic rainforest. Explore more of Iguazú’s natural surroundings with guided wildlife and birdwatching experiences before taking part in a traditional Guaraní yerba mate ritual and learning about the culture, traditions, and deep connection Indigenous communities have to this region. After lunch, fly south to Ushuaia — the southernmost city on Earth and gateway to Antarctica. This evening, celebrate your arrival at the End of the World with a memorable king crab dinner overlooking the Beagle Channel. Overnight in Ushuaia. (B,L,D) View image gallery

DAY 8 USHUAIA & SET SAIL FOR ANTARCTICA

Begin the day at the Museo del Fin del Mundo, where stories of Indigenous peoples, explorers and early settlers bring Tierra del Fuego’s frontier history to life. Continue to Tierra del Fuego National Park for a walk at Lapataia Bay, the southern end of the Pan-American Highway. After lunch on the Ushuaia waterfront, board the MV Discoverer and meet your expedition team. This evening, enjoy the Captain’s welcome reception and dinner as you sail through the Beagle Channel toward Antarctica. Overnight on board. (B,L,D)

Antarctica's weather is as untamed as the continent itself. Specific landing sites may be subject to change based on conditions, but any substitutions will always be with comparable experiences — the White Continent never disappoints. View image gallery

DAY 9 & 10 CROSS THE DRAKE PASSAGE

Enjoy two days crossing the legendary Drake Passage en route to the White Continent. Attend expert-led talks on Antarctic wildlife, penguins, glaciology and polar exploration, and keep watch from the observation decks for seabirds, whales and wandering albatross. As the ocean shifts and the first icebergs appear, anticipation builds for your first glimpse of Antarctica. Overnight on board. (B,L,D) View image gallery

DAY 11 SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS

Welcome to Antarctica. Arrive in the South Shetland Islands, where jagged glaciers, penguin colonies and ice cliffs create a landscape unlike anywhere else on Earth. Board Zodiac boats for your first Antarctic landing at Aitcho or Barrientos Islands, home to chinstrap and gentoo penguins, elephant seals and unforgettable polar scenery. Overnight on board. (B,L,D) View image gallery

DAY 12 MIKKELSON HARBOUR & CIERVA COVE

Continue exploring the Antarctic Peninsula with a landing at Mikkelson Harbour on Trinity Island, where historic huts, penguin colonies and icy shorelines offer a powerful introduction to life in this remote region. Later, cruise by Zodiac through Cierva Cove, weaving between icebergs and glacier-carved scenery while watching for seals, seabirds and whales. For those who like to be refreshed, join a polar plunge and jump directly into the icy ocean waters directly from the ship. Overnight on board. (B,L,D) View image gallery

DAY 13 CUVERVILLE & DANCO ISLANDS

Today’s expedition brings you to Cuverville Island, home to one of the largest gentoo penguin colonies on the Antarctic Peninsula. (B,L,D) View image gallery

DAY 14 NEKO HARBOUR & SKONTHORP COVE

Step onto the Antarctic continent itself at Neko Harbour, one of the few landing sites where guests can set foot on mainland Antarctica. Later, continue by Zodiac through Skonthorp Cove, where ice and water create an unforgettable polar landscape. Overnight on board. (B,L,D) View image gallery

DAY 15 CROSS THE ANTARCTIC CIRCLE

Sail farther south to cross the Antarctic Circle — a milestone reached by relatively few travellers. Celebrate as you enter one of the most remote regions on Earth before exploring remote sites such as Detaille Island and Horseshoe Island, where historic research stations, dramatic mountain landscapes, and remarkable polar scenery offer a glimpse into Antarctica's pioneering past. This evening, celebrate your expedition with an Antarctic BBQ dinner and onboard festivities. (B,L,D) View image gallery
