I thoroughly enjoyed the Grand Tour of Ireland from the first moment. What a magical, beautiful, interesting and quirky country. So much natural beauty, a fascinating and tragic history, funny warm people, incredible monuments and homes and excellent beverages in all the glorious pubs. So much natural beauty, a fascinating and tragic history, funny warm people, incredible monuments and homes and excellent beverages in all the glorious pubs. Dublin is a modern vibrant city that celebrates its heritage. The Approach tour included so many must do activities and places. Highlights for me included the tour of Guinness, whiskey making, sheep herding, shopping in Galway, Titanic museum, live Celtic entertainment, prison tour and drinks in a snug at The Crown in Belfast. Really, too many places and sights to mention. See the itinerary on the Approach tour website for more detail. I was thrilled with every place on the tour.

Only reason I didn’t give you five stars is because whenever I called I only got through to a person if I said I wanted to book a tour. That happened several times. It felt like existing customers didn’t get the same priority?
