Perfect for Adventure

Tour Review
★★★★★★★★★★
Though the Cairo experience wasn't the best [too long with a jump start], the experience of our "Guru" Gail and "Local Guide" Fahruk kept us so interested with knowledge and a sense of humour. The sights and sounds of the history, dessert and the Nile was fantastic!

This was an absolutely fantastic trip. All the details were taken care of, from flight to tipping to Visa. The guides were fantastic and we had the privilege of seeing so much of the country. If you want to see Egypt, this is definitely the tour group to choose. I highly recommend them. I will book another tour with Approach in the new year!!
Also fantastic. Everyone was wonderful every step of the way. Each Hotel was great and even the bus drivers did a commendable job!!

This trip has been probably my most outstanding experience in my travels.

The entire trip was more than what I expected in scenery, information and events. So much of what one normally has to deal with in travelling was done for us, i.e., transport form one place to another, no hassle with ticket purchasing, finding suitable restaurants to eat, and constantly figuring out appropriate tipping, and also the huge task of or…

My experience with all service providers was pleasant and accommodating. I looked forward to the 'towel art' waiting to greet me as I entered my room on the Nile cruise - and it seemed that the servers in all restaurants could not do enough for us. I previously commented on my appreciation for our Egyptologist guide, Mohamed and our personal Guru,…

Fantastic trip of a lifetime - a true delight!

This trip was the culmination of a lifetime love of ancient Egypt and a bucket list destination I’ve had since I was in Jr. high School. It was indescribable and everything I’d hoped it would be. The addition of a Guru who is an Egyptologist who trained under Dr. Zahi Hawass was a surprise and an awesome bonus on the trip. Approach Tours is a fanta…

Approach Tours was always available for any questions I had. Their customer service was beyond reproach and I would highly recommend them. I was concerned about the process needed to obtain an Egyptian Visa as I’d heard some horror stories, but they looked after everything. I cannot wait to book another trip with them

It was the trip of a lifetime. We had a wonderful group, an amazing Egyptologist who was a font of ancient Egyptian history, with a great sense of humor and very personable. We had a lovely tour guide with whom we will have the pleasure of travelling with again next year on the trip to Sicily. The trip to Egypt was a fast paced tour with so much to…

Excellent. When I needed information I was able to get it quickly. The agents of Approach Tours were friendly and informative. My only critique is to fix IT so that the Hub can be opened using Sympatico and Bell Internet.
